Nicole Richie is being treated Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in L.A. after signs of Pneumonia after appearing in court. Her restraining order against the two paparazzi's who caused her a car accident were fulfilled. She is doing well now, according to her reps, but again, she's stuck in the hospital. Suks2bher.
